I know this was covered earlier but I had to post this up. We took off from Gatlinburg, TN today and I did not have to hit reserve on my '06 ZZR600 until 194 miles. True it was mostly on the interstate, but I MIGHT have been doing one or two MPH over the speed limit [}]

I hit reserve around 140 miles... I get on average about 40mpg. I have a -1 front sprocket, micron bolt on, K&N... and that's it performance wise.

I've hit 208 before switching. 52 mpg is a good incentive to keep her within the speed limit.

haha well, I didn't buy a sportsbike for gas economy.

I didn't buy a sport bike for fuel economy either, but...
I currently have an akro full race system, Ivan's jet kit and a +4 ignition advancer on my '02 6R and out for a 'Sunday drive' I get 47 mpg. Prior to the changes I could get 55mpg. Now, if I'm on the track...not so much! [}]

That's pretty much what I've got on my 01. Hindle full system, Dynojet jet kit, Uni-filter and a Factory +4 ignition advancer. I've never checked my mileage though.
