I’m looking to buy this ninja250 from this guy and he sent me this vid of the “clicking noise” it’s making. He says it’s a dirty chain tensioner but from what I’ve read a dirty tensioner doesn’t make this noise. Not only that, but I’m not hearing any clicking, does this vid sound normal? Dirty tensioner means dirty oil ...., If you hear a tensioner , It's worn out .....,

Agree, Leave this one alone and move on, It doesn't even sound like she's runnng on both cyclinders tbh !

Could be a loose valve lifter , Don't chance it , Move on Quickly ....

hanging up, needs valve clearances set badly, followed by a precision carb synch
