I haven't seen anybody do this on here, but wondered if it would be beneficial. I know the norm is -1 +2, but the 14t front can wear out a chain and I've read other issues it may cause because of it's small size. What would happen if you got a 16t front (+1) and 47t rear (+4)? It seems like a good idea to me, ratio stays the same or higher and the bigger front makes it easier on the chain. Here's a link to what I found. What do you guys think?
