A meeting at the Leagues & Sports Club in Sports St Nambucca Heads (over looking the football field and soccer grounds) on Sunday 17th of July at 1pm is being held to elect a committee for the newly formed Mid Coast Motorcycle Sports Club .A meeting to elect a club committee to administer the club and to create a club constitution with the agenda of promoting all forms of racing and competition on both dirt and road bikes as well as junior development for riders who are showing potential in their field of riding to help them attend race meetings under a club banner .Also our long term goal of lobbying for a motorsports facility for both dirt and road bikes as well as cars on the Mid North Coast. We will be organizing our first social ride for those who want to join the club just to have some fun going for a ride with fun ride days, poker runs and overnight trips coming up in the near future as it gets warmer. Trips to the Super Bikes, Moto GP, rider education, and bike setup and maintenance days for club members as well as Track days are all in the pipeline once we are on the ground. Meeting is to be held at the Nambucca Heads Leagues and Sports Club. If you know someone into bikes or interested yourself, male or female, young or not as young then we would love to see you there. Join a group of like minded people to do something for riders, rider training and competition and the Mid Coasts motorcycle community .We invite you to be a part of this and let’s make our roads safer and our kids and our selves’ better riders.
One of our first issues is to lobby Bellingen Council, our state member Andrew Stoner and the RTA to stop the slurry trails being left by cattle trucks, endangering riders and drivers on the Waterfall Way & Dorrigo Mt. Check out or web page for more on this:
