Hey, I have a 09 250 and well, er about the break in.....I rode it under 4k for the first 50 miles but then I've started riding it to school and around town and I have to go 55-65 to keep up with traffic and I'm all most always in 6th gear when riding and I have to shift fast.I ride about 8k sometimes. In doing so I'm above the break in RPM. I've been doing this for about 300 miles am I ****ed? I guess I could just sell the bike to one of my friends if I am so dont joke around and say I am if im not. Yes I searched for forums.

also, how much power will be gone from the "bad break-in."

in b4 noob.

You're fine.

Just ride the bike, vary the RPMs. Avoid lugging the engine and running it into redline for break in.
