is there any benefit to a bigger rear tire, right now i have a 180 on the back and i know 170 is stock.

since my front is flat and my rear is getting squared off, i was thinking of switching back to a 170 profile tire. I enjoy going through twisties...wheelies and such are just not my bag.

the squared 180 on the back is not from me, i bought it with that tire on it, and it was obvious he just road it to pose and go in a straight line, it's even still got those new tire spikes on the side of the tire[|)]

Not that I know of. The only real possible benifit is if there are more choices of tires/brands with the 180 size. A 170 would allow for quicker steering/better handling.

BC.

I didn't do it, I swear.
And even if I did, what makes you think I would admit it to you?

I wouldnt do it though. Stick to stock tire size. You start messin around with the sizes and you decrease handling big time

With great freedom, comes great responsibility.
