My bike is brand new with only 2k miles on it. The only modification is an akrapovic bolt on exhaust that i put on a month ago. During hard acceleration the bike dies and is hard to start up again. I have to pull over wait a bit then it will start right up. Seems like it is not getting enough fuel? then then dies then i have to wait for gravity to feed it back through the tubes? This has happened to me about 3 times, really sucks. Anyone have any ideas?

That sounds like what my old bike used to do when the fuel pump died. I think you can see the back of the pump (it's a round black thing) between the fuel tank and the frame, on the right-hand side of the bike.

If you put your finger on it and start the engine, you should be able to feel it clicking. If you can't feel anything, then it's probably not working, because the clicking is obvious and very hard to miss.

Take it to the dealer, it should come with a factor 1 year warrenty and the exhaust doesn't
void it. That's what I would do, that's what a warenty is for.
