Bike wanders to the right - Alignment off?

What's up All - I've had my brand new blk/red 2002 "R" for over 3 weeks now and noticed that the bike wanders slightly to the right when I'm not holding the bars. Is this normal 'cause of the exaust on that side or is my alignment off? I have an article on using the "string method" to align rear tire since it's pretty common that the marks on the swingarm are not to be trusted - will doing this fix the wander?

Just curious since I see alot of stunters doing "Christs" and they seem to go strait down the road.

You are correct...damn marks,...damn them all to hell!!!!....sorry

I have found that you can get out the strings and such....but a close look o fthe eye will tell you plenty. Take a good look at your tire from 1-2 feet away... then eye your chain sprocket alignment.....look at the position of your adjustor bolts.....just like Sesame Street...some are the same some are different....a slight tweek and you are good to go.As you say the bike only slightly wanders so the adjustment will(should) be small....

Have fun

Everyone has their own thing.....
Thanks badass! I'll check the alignment once I get my rear stand and spools.

Here's one for my North American Bretheren -
