The last time I changed my oil the washer had fused to the engine oil drain bolt. I left it there and put another washer over it. It is highly likely that when I put it back I used too much torque. When I went to change the oil this time, as I was backing out the drain bolt a big chunk of the oil pan came with it. Anyone experienced this? Should I replace the whole drain pan? What are the possible fixes for this?

I agree with Sev. The only other option is to take the pan off and get a workshop to build up the area around the drain plug by welding it and then drill/tap the drain. I think it would probably just be a lot cheaper and easier to buy a new pan, unless you already have the equipment and skills to do the repair yourself.
