About 1/3 of my footpeg was snapped off when my bike fell during the hurricane a couple months ago. It's still completely functional, so I have yet to replace it. My first track day is coming up at CMP thru NESBA, so I wanted to know if yall think the jagged edge will be a safety issue with the track. Will they let me ride? I'd like to just leave it, so I've emailed NESBA with my question, but they have yet to respond. Thanks in advance,
Greg

I suggest getting it replaced. When you're going around the track you don't want your foot slipping off the foot peg. Things happen fast on the track and you don't want to have to spend some of your attention on looking for a half broken foot peg. You may end up breaking a lot more.

Yeah.. I was starting to think the same thing, plus that thing would cause quite a tear if it fell on me.
