Hello people,
I was wondering if anyone else noticed any kind of strange sounds when you get your 636 up to about 9500 and up rpms. I just broke my bike in and was going to stretch its legs a little bit when I heard it. I went up to 6th gear, slowly and smoothly applied the throttle, reached about 9500 rpms and "grrrrrrrrrrrr". The engine feels like it continues to run smoothly, but it is a strange sound. I was wondering if anyone might have some insight on what this could be. I really don't want to damage anything. Thanks

Thanks man. I tried to feel around a little bit to see if anything was vibrating but I don't think I thought of the clutch lever.

Any other suggestions...anyone?

Just a little FYI,
I posted in a few different topics about adding grease to the pin that the clutch lever pivots on. It works for about 2000 miles, and then you need to regrease it...or let it buzz. :D
