would this be too much gearing for normal riding, (highway about 80-100 mph) shes an 02 if that matters. Thanks for the help. Surely someone will help, right?

let me know if you do it soon, its gonna be a couple of weeks before i do it. i just assumed 3 would be too many teefers (-->)to go up. If it works for u thats what i would really like to do. Sorry man, dont mean to be a follower.

It may be ninjabik....I know that 3 up with a stock 15tooth front will not work. I had to change the damn sprocket twice for a guy one night, he was a little late leaving LOL. Was hoping to get lucky but it turns out the guy is gonna use the 43 and get a new chain. I may just get a new chain too they're not that much like 80 for a cool gold one. Peace
