This coming weekend (7/26-7/28) Carlisle, PA is having a bike fest. they are expecting a lot of different bikes. if anyone has ever been to one of the car shows in carlisle, you know they get a decent crowd. just wanted to let everyone know this. i think the festivities start after work on friday with a 1000 bike parade through town. The starboys are going to be at it on saturday showing off of course with there insane tricks. unfortunately, i'm leaving for vacation on friday afternoon and won't be back for a week so i'm going to miss it. from what i get out of the local newspapers, if they get a good crowd and not too much trouble is caused, this will be something that happens every year. peace.

Yeah, that sucks... I will be going to Mid Ohio this weekend so maybe next year I'll go to bike fest. Would like to see Star Boyz in person. Does Bike Fest always fall on that weekend? I know Mid Ohio does. www.midohio.com/sportscarcourse/events/amasuperbike.asp

this is actually the first year for it. they have really high hopes of making it big though. one newspaper around here said the organizers hope to make it the biggest bike rally in the mid atlantic region. i don't really know what other rallies are in this region, the only bike weeks/ends i know about are daytona, myrtle, and sturgis.
