Anyone use Castrol Syntech 10 40 in their bike?

I do. Only one oil change so far (3000 miles). Shifted/ran fine. I just changed the oil this week with it again since it's the only fully synthetic 10W-40 without "energy saving" ratings at the auto parts store. I used Mobil 1 15W-50 "gold cap" in my Triumph for years and wish they stocked a 10W-40 version of "gold cap".

Use it on mine, works great.

Opened up timing cover last week. 16,000 miles, everything was spotless. No noticable varnish.
