I'm definatly going to be removing the cat with a hammer and some sort of pole type thing. But I was wondering if taking out the exhaust valve would make the bike run super lean? I'm not new to riding just new to the site :D

You shouldn't have to remove the valve unless your removing the whole slip on pipe.
The cat is removable, I'm pretty sure. Welcome to the site.
