32000 kilometers and now I need to replace the chain and sprockets.
Any suggestions? I'm not looking to go up or down a tooth, just curious if there is a stronger set that'll last longer...
Shouldn't matter, but it's an '07.
Thanks!

Motul!
I'm not the best at maintaining stuff either.
This set went through 20 drag runs on top of the mileage.

go with steel... i personally think the best deal on the net - state side - is the kit that superbikesupply has right now. i SELL sprockets and chain kits, and this is SO FAR cheaper, it's almost stupid. haha. in fact, i bought a set myself for my track bike. drive systems superlight steel sprockets (1 lb lighter than the stealth sprockets) and an ek-mvxz chain.

i've ran both DID and the EK and honestly think you get better real-life longevity out of the ek. which i DON'T sell.

here's the kit i got from them. HIGHLY recommended.

That kit does not seem to apply to the ZX14.

I got a quote from SuperSprox for $341.93. That is the best I have found on quality parts and steel sprockets. The dealer wants 150 bucks to instal ...

In case anyone cares ... there is a RK O-Ring OEM style chain and sprocket kit for 318.95 shipped on motorcycle superstore right now. That is on sale.

Think I would rather have the Supersprox setup for a few more dollars.
