Have just change fork oil, but when i put it back together, the rebound screw is really tight, How is that possible?

I have now taken it off again, and unscrewed the preload screw, but I cannot figure out how to dismantle the compression screw etc?

*** UPDATE *** Got it loose! Put til up right with the stick in a piece of tree, sprayet the screw with WD40, gave it a go with hammer an screwdriver, and it noew works fine.

But do I need to put it in a specific position before i screw on the top end again?

I always set mine in the middle and adjust from there. Otherwise, bottom it out one way or the other and count the turns until it bottoms the other way. Then back it (or screw it in) half way. You can count clicks too if it has them. FWIW, since you have it apart, if it does have detent balls (clicks), you can remove them and the springs to get finer adjustments.
