I have a question about the shift light on the 05 636. I know on my bro's 06 gsxr 600, and friends 06 R6S, they can change the rpm's on which the shift light comes on. I was wondering if it is possible to do this on the 636 and if so how?

key to on but dont start, hold both buttons for 3 sec, then press menu to raise up rpm higher, each time pressing is 500rpm, turn key off and back to on to set when finished.

Actually, Menu (or Mode on my bike) changes the brightness of the shift light and Reset changes the RPM limit. Mine changes in 250rpm increments.

Maybe they changed it for the 06, cause mine does 500RPM increments.
