SimpleGreen works best for me.. can be found at any automotive place. Works great on wheels, or anything needing degreasing..

I got some stuff at the Ninja dealer called Kawi Chem or Kawi Clean. Works wonders on rims and is a water less wipe down. Works good on bug tar too.
