I have a 95 gpx600r import [:I]
My question to the people that know is this....When i nail the throttle for a bit of a thrash [}:)]the clutch slips like a bugga over 9000rpm.....any ideas to resolve this annoying problem.....and plz no smartarses sayin replace clutch.....major cash flow problem [V]

sounds like you're in a tight spot man...

if your clutch is going out, there isnt much you can do besides getting a new clutch....

have you inspected it to make sure that's your problem? Maybe your clutch cable needs adjusted or something?

ohh and since the zx-6r has a wet clutch, have tried a different brand of motor oil? Some energy conserving oils will casue a clutch to slip...

maybe try some dyno oil with a heavy weight...

Looks like im on Overtime for a while to pay for new clutch
Think I may have bought a bit of a dog but thems the breaks
On a more serious note.....Thoughts go out to 'Hizzys' Family n Friends..Great Rider And all Around sound Bloke....Will be missed
