I noticed my coolant level (green stuff on left side reservoir) is in middle range when bike is no running. In hot temp when it seems to fill up to the top. Fluid level is at F and maybe more. Is this normal?

The hotter the temp, the more the coolant in the rad expands. If it's too full, then you'll get overflow. Not good on the tires. If it's too low, then it'll suck air when it cools off. Not good on the temps. Check it when it's cool and if it's on the bottom line, you'll be fine.

That is quite normal.

The coolant level is checked when the engine is cold with the bike held perpendicular to the ground. If the level is between the low and full lines, it is fine. If the level is lower than the low line, add a mixture of 50% coolant and 50% distilled water to the full line.

He means perpendicular looking from the back, not the side.

It's the negative numbers that are the bitch.
