Has anyone been having problems with your coolant level being low? I just inspected my bike and my coolant level was low. I saw some corrosion along the hose that is next to the reservoir tank. Here are some pictures. Could this possibly be a coolant leak?

Sorry for the bad pictures, but my digital camera was dead so I used my cell phone with a flashlight.

So what do you guys think?

It looks like it is dry and crusty (could also be the picture quality), but I would try and clean it up, if it comes back i would take it in.

Clean it up, tighten the hose clamp a little bit.
Then inspect every once in a while to make sure no more is leaking out.

NOTE: that is not corrosion, its dried up coolant.

So it might just be the loose hose, but could this also be because I ride during the hot temperatures in CAli? 90+ weather.

The clamp is as tight as it gets. What could also be causing this leak?
Did you clean the area ?
Did the screw on the hose clamp tighten any ?
Its possible the screw is somehow seized in the threads.
Make sure you can loosen and then tighten the screw on that hose clamp.

It should not leak regardless of the temps you ride in.
The radiator cap would release the pressure before hoses start popping.
