I have a corbin seat on my 08 concours 14, I will not buy corbin ever again. the seat is hard as a rock and uncomfortable for any long rides.

I requested and here is reply I received.

"Your not the first to ask about it!! I will do everything I can to
get one here so we can start making one for that year and model. I
will keep you updated. Keep check on the web also for updates.
Thanks
Bryan"

So I guess someone near them should go in to get fitted.

go on ebay buy a replacement seat. then go to you local jo-anns or whatever fabric store you have and get some memory foam or a more comfortable feeling foam. take off the seat fabric lay down the new foam and staple back up. that was my plan, hopefully I can do it

Buy a yoga mat and cut it up. Closed cell memory foam for a good price.

no shit that was a better response than I got that's whay i started this thread-they told me that they had no plans to make a seat for our model which is bullshit since they have one for the '08 250 WTF our bikes have been out since what...late '06 and they still dont have one produced-hopfully they get something out soon.

Sergio,

Would I need to transport the bike to your factory myself? I just
checked on Google Maps and you're about 320mi northwest of me (I live
in Southern California).

Also, would it matter that my bike is not stock? I have an alarm
mounted in the tail under the passenger seat / solo cowl (where a
toolbag usually goes), and then up front under the rider seat I have
the forward portion of my alarm (mounted to the top of the battery per
manufacturer's recommendation, reduces clearance to the bottom of the
seat) and also have relocated my rear brake reservoir under the seat.
All of these are common mods to the new ZX-6Rs.

Thanks!

Matt
