Cranks but no start, after cleaning carburetor.

I cleaned the carbs very well and very thorough, I also checked the little thing that takes out the gas off the carb and it has fuel. The inside of the cylinders look wet. Spark plugs were working prior to the clean because it would turn on. What do I do.

Replaced spark plugs, starts up but still sounds clogged even after cleaning, after a bit a throttle it dies, only turns on with choke on
Probably need to re-check everything you did on those carbs, all jets put back in the right places, especially the needle jets & needles. Did you take out the pilot screw plugs so you can remove & clean the pilot screws? Did you check float levels?

so it’s just not getting any fuel from the carbs to the engine, the carbs them selfs are full of fuel. When I try to drain then fuel comes out. But nothing going into the Cylinders, I’ve cleaned the carbs 3x , I wanna remove that needle from the jets after I unscrew it but I’m not sure how to is it a c clip or something?
