I'm playing with the suspension at the moment. I'm 63 kgs, do I need more or less damping force compared to a heavier rider.

I'm weary when it comes to following others' advice on suspension set-up when they have no clue what kind of riding you're doing or what the bike feels like it is/isn't doing beneath you.

Talk to one of the local fast guys! I'm sure there's a shitload of them down there considering all the bastards from Oz racing in the US and at the world level!
