I bought this bike last summer and decided to pickup an R1 a few months ago, I have no need for two bikes so I am putting the 636 up for sale. Bike has 58XX miles on it, and I have the clean tittle in hand VIN# JKBZXJC115A001355.

Overall the bike is in GREAT condition, mechanically it performs 100% pulls hard, corners great etc. etc. It does however have a few things I would like to note:
-It makes the famous "Kawi Tick" - Its done this since the first day I had it, its not bad, but its there, the noise with go away with this installation of a manual CCT, but I would rather hear the tick than have to constantly adjust a manual CCT, so I never did this.
-Crack in the fairing mount on the right side (picture included) - The bike "fell over" from a stand still, it didn't actually fall completely over as it was caught by an object on the floor before falling over, but the object caught it at the fairing mount and put a small crack around it.
-broken tab where I mounted the switch - from when I mounted the switches

Has a few Aftermarket parts, and will come with all the OEM parts as well.
-Motrax Tank Protector
-Flushmount Front Turn Signals
-Undertail Plate Mount W/ LED Turns
-Kawasaki Factory Ti Seat Cowl

$5000 FIRM, this price is already to low, and i WILL NOT GO LOWER
Thanks. Matt

Note:
-The Bridgestone tire on the front was replaced with a matching Dunlop Sportmaxx (same as the rear), I took the pictures yesterday, and replaced the tire today.
-In the picture of the switches, one is connected to a switched 12V source (only gets power when the key is turned to "on") and controls the license plate light. The other is wired to an always hot 12V source (always has power) and controls nothing. I was planning to install LED's in the intake tract but never did.

Like the bike but would have to find someone to buy my '08 250 and come up with the difference. Havent tried to sell it yet, but if you know anyone around that really wants a 250 we might be able to work something out.

check trade-in at a few local dealers, I'm sure you would loose a few bucks but being an '08 it may still pull a few bucks for ya.
