You may have several problems or no problem.

Water pumps have been know to leak a little around the shaft seal. The pump usually has a little weep hole on the bottom of the pump for this purpose. If the seal is bad there is not alternative but to change out the pump.

Antifreeze needs to be changed at least every couple of years, preferrably evey year because the additives that prevent corrosion get used up and contaminates cause a percipitate that is damaging.

The cooling fan should come on about 200 degrees F. If it hasn't come on by 220 there is a problem. The problem could be the sensor or the fan. To find out you can hot wire the fan and see if it works.
