My '07 ZX-6R already had the valve cover gasket replaced under warranty (at 3840 miles on 12/24/2008, it now has 5340 miles) and it's leaking again on the plastic cover above the exhaust manifold

The local dealer and Kawasaki customer service both recognize the problem, but told me that the valve cover gasket "issue" is not a recall, it's a factory authorized repair, and there's nothing they can do about it since it's out of warranty. The closest Kawi dealer (40mins away) says it'll cost ~$150 just to pull the fairings/tank/airbox for a diagnosis

Since just about everyone on KawiForums is familiar with the problem, are there any local dealers/techs willing to help me out? I feel like I'm just getting the run around with the dealer and Kawasaki customer service. I'm about an hour north of Philadelphia in the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area

Thanks in advance!
