I dunno the answer to that one. My guess would be no. The spools I use have a lip that is larger than the actual bolt size which helps to resist bending. The actual bolt diameter may be strong enough by itself... but why risk it? I'm sure any maintenace you need to do can wait the few days till your spool sliders arrive. Better than finding your bike laid over in the garage with thousands in damage because you couldn't wait for the right parts.

I installed engine-mounted frame sliders on my 03 6r, removing the original engine bolts in the process. Meanwhile, I got stands but I'm
still waiting for my spool sliders. Is it safe to use the engine bolts as spools for now? (yes, they do fit perfectly) Thanks in advance.
