So how much money do you have to just throw in parts? For my bike i bought an extra wiring harness for $60, fuel pump another $60. I don't know about motorcycle shops but at a minimum they might charge $50 an hour (in the Toyota dealership i worked at we charged $100 an hour)

I would say screw it and try to convert it to a non 02 sensor bike.

The bike is currently at the garage, they have struggled to actually make it cut out. But yesterday it did, so they can try to diagnose the issue. They think it might be the ignition coil, but surely that wouldn't cause the pump not to prime?! lets see what they can find

My bike was been at the shop for 2 weeks whilst I was away, they changed the coils and changed the tip over sensor & i picked it up yesterday & rides brilliantly. I'll be putting some miles on it the next few days and just making sure that it is fixed, but so far so good!!
