how does it put power to the front wheel with the two wheel drive model?

The rear wheel looks like it's shaft driven so I would guess the front might be too for the 2WD version. From what I can tell, none of the pics and video I have seen so far are 2WD version so I'm not sure if they even made a 2WD version yet. Here is more info:

The article said the engine is a 800cc 3-cylinder DiamlerChrysler with a turbo and intercooler. Torque is quoted as in at 150 NM or 110 lbf-ft. :eek: I bet it goes through a lot of tires...

I think he means 2-Wheeled Diesel.
Nope, the autoblog article specifically said 2 wheel drive.

A 54-horsepower oil-burner that's capable of running on biofuels is a great start, and the standard CVT transmission and optional two-wheel drive are icing on the cake.
