A quick question:

Would it be safe to take off the heat shield after I install a yosh RS-5 aluminum can? I know that CF and Ti are low heat conductors, but aluminum transfers heat very well.

I think it looks better without the heat shield, and I have seen others without it. But me with my Micron
it looks fine with it so I put it back on.

i got a stainless scorpian with no sheild.my wife rides on the back alot and she nore i have had any problems with it gettin to hot[}]

My alarm and PCIII are just above my titainium scorpion, so I used heat reflective silver 3M tape to be 100%
