Exhaust question

how the hell did the can get a hole in it? i lowsided at speed and mine only got a bit of scratching.
you might not HAVE to change it though. i've heard some guy here drilled holes into his stock pipe to make it sound better. do a search though and see cause i'm not quite sure what exactly he did or how.

but hey, good excuse to get a new pipe!

You can call Yoshimura and they will send you a replacement can, I doubt that anything but another Yosh is going to fit on that pipe.

stick woth the same pipe brand. this isnt the same as mismatching tires.

Thanks for the replies, the way the pipe got a hole in it is i am currenty building some shelves in my garage and the pipe hit an exposed steel rod. Btw i took the can to the dealer where i bought the bike and he basically handed me a new one ( cost me 50$ ).
