does anybody in the bike community use exhaust wrap or ceramic coatings on exhaust components?

i wasnt able to dig much up on the subject and wanted to know what is prefered.

i have had my exause wrapped for the past 4 months and no issues. if yo do it do not forget to get the sealer. but if i ever decide to pull my headders i will go with ceramic coting next time. there have been no major engine temp drips, but it is nice when i want to work on my bike, i dont have to let the bike cool down, because the headers wont burn you.
