Are the swing arm extensions worth the doe or is it best to just put in a whole new swing arm?? Do the bolt on extensions hold up? Diff in price is a couple or several thousand.

The extentions are fine. You could easily run in the eights with them if you and the bike are up to it.Like you say,way cheaper too.

Priced a swing arm with up to 6 inch extension for about $1500. Only want 3 or 4 inches. Expensive but in the end a better deal.

extensions......hold up fine....im actually ordring a set and having em welded in....over 6 inches youll need a support bar

i have them on my o5 zx10 i think they work good. went 9.80 at 143 with them.i had a zx6rr 03 worked good on that bike.10.5 at 129.

I ran 9.81 @147mph stock length. I could only leave the line at 8000rpms. With the extensions I can leave on the limiter.I havent takin it back to the track yet but will post times. I recomend the extesions because you can pull them off without taking your bike off the stand
