So i ordered some colored sprocket nuts and the snake skin side grip for my ninja 250r about a month ago. No tracking numbers for the first 7 days. I emailed them. Then they said they have to get more in stock and contact me asap. 11 days past by, still nothing. Now its been a month. I tried contacting them ([email protected]) but still nothing. I will never pay online without paypal again. I feel like I got scammed and wanted to give you guys a heads up.

You should always call a vendor for transaction resolution before posting a complaint about no e-mail contact.

Though if that doesn't work either... You may want to file a complaint with PayPal immediately, if you still can. If you're lucky you and paid with a credit card get them involved.

they are not a scam
they just plain suck ass with customer service and follow up

ive had a bad experience with them, but i still got everything i ordered

they have this "ticket" system to get customer service which doesnt do crap for urgency
and they even sent me a wrong item

they have decent pricing but because of the terrible customer service, or lack thereof, i will NOT be purchasing from them again
