Not too bad, it has perforations in the front shoulder area and it also has pockets that zip open with mesh in the collar bone area.

i have the same gloves too. i love em now, but they were a b*tch to break in. for some reason they fit really tight around the base of my thumbs, but great elsewhere, so they tended to make my hands cramp up. after a few long rides with some handsweat, they stretched out though. now theyre really nice.

i like that jacket too.
