Found a great deal on a 2005 zx-r6 I had to buy it. $5000 with 120 miles on it. Guy bought it and lost interest. "okay" i said I'll take it off your hands. Took in on its first long ride today and the thing handles great...even better than my R6. Dang. Hardest part is that i still have to break it in. 4-5000rpm is about 60 mph. Thats not gonna last for too long. Anyway, I just had to share.

you dont have to keep it down that low in RPM's for break in. thats what the manuals says. just keep it under 9 or 10k. just dont redline the hell out it. at around 10k in 6th you'll get about 130-135mph out of it. get the 500 mile oil change and you are good to go.

He said around 10k rpm you'll be going 130-135 so yeah, at 10k you still have plenty of rpm to go...
