Can anyone give me any pointers or directions as to how to flush out coolant in our new 2008 ninja 250r?

I have used search and came back without any answers. Any help would be appreciated, as I need to prep the 250 for racing school.

Thanks :)

Step 1. Warm the bike to normal operating temperature.
Step 2. Put on appropriate riding gear.
Step 3. Hit turtle at 75 MPH, flipping it up into and puncturing radiator.

The coolant should come out just fine on it's own.

Yeah, maybe kkim's response was better...

You will need to flush 3-4 times to get all the coolant out. If you flush just once, your overflow bottle will be green again and you'll be busted in tech.

When adding distilled water to top off, make sure you slowly "burp" the large hose on the left side of the bike to remove air. You'll need to burp about 5 times to remove all the air. Also, lean the bike far to the left and right a couple times to get the air bubbles to the top.

Make sure you leave your fan on and connected. With Redline Waterwetter, your bike will run hotter.
