hey everyone i'm new to this forum. anyways right now i am looking at a 1996 zx-7r that is at our local insurance salvage lot. it was just dropped onto it's side so it has cracked fairings and a broken clutch lever. however i went to push down on the handlebars to see how the fork was working but it didn't seem like it compressed at all. i ducked down to take a look at the forks and noticed that it was slowly rebounding back up. it took about 10 seconds for it to rebound the 2 inches i pushed it down. there was fork oil on the tubes and am wondering if this is just a case of blown seals or is there a bigger problem that would need to be addressed? any ideas would be greatly appreciated! thanks
