I am working on a 00 zx-6 and she fouls her plugs so bad that the motor just dies while riding... When I take the plugs out and clean them she comes right back on no problems.. And the plugs are wet when i take them out all four. Bike idles well..
What could be causing this wetness of the plugs so fast??
Thanks in advance for help...

here's were I would start..

-float valves not working

- choke stuck - most likely since all four are fouling.

- slides stuck in up position

My starting point...(in order of operation) would be:

1) Check the choke cable free-play/operation.

2) Check and verify the corrects plugs/heat range/gap are being used.

3) The float needles and seat are functioning. (low pressure test with a mighty-vac).

4) Check/verify the proper jets are installed, or if a jet-kit was installed.

5) Check the pilot, transition, and main air jets for clogging. (I'd just do a carb clean if I was this far already.)

6) Check the operation of the vacuum slides.

If all are good, move to checking for an ignition problem.
