To be perfectly honest, if the bike was damaged to the extent that A) the frame was bent/cracked; B) The engine case was cracked; and C) The plastics were destroyed, the bike is a toatal loss.
It really is not worth running the risk of riding a bike with a straightened frame. if the work was not absolutely done perfectly, you might very well find your bike come apart under you in a curve under high stress.
As for the engine case, if the crack/hole is in an area that needs to be pressurized (oil line/combustion chamber), it isn't feasible to try and repair it.
