yea. i wanna chrome it all rather then polish. but its so much easier on the wallet to grab a few peices of sandpapaer and some time, and go to town.. im takn it to a custom shop this week to throw around some prices. they chrome, but of coarse the parts gotta get shipped out.. if nething ill do that over the winter... ill see.... as for getting in the cracks it sucked. i took them off and took the pegs off too and just sat there and sanded in all the cracks. upon really close inspection there not perfect, but hey, thats our secret

each one took like 3 hours still. getting the powder coat off even with stripper still was the chore. 220 grit 320 grit 400 wet 800/1000/1500/2000 wet. hand polish. then buff wheel with rouge, then hand again
