2008 Kawasaki ZX10R For Sale

I hate to do it, but I need the money for a car. The bike has +/- 3k miles, in excellent condition, never down, never exceeded 180 mph . I bought the bike new a little over a year ago, it has performed flawlessly for me and runs perfect. Oil changed with Repsol full synthetic every time, probably already have 4 changes or more on it. Always garage kept, never even seen rain now that I think about it.

Mods are modest: Galfer SS front brake lines, ASV unbreakable front brake lever, hotbodies slip on (also have stock can), Fender eliminator kit, integrated dark tail light, frame sliders, axle sliders, swingarm spools, rearset risers, solo seat cowl (also have passenger seat), K&N air and oil filter, stomp grip, 1/5 turn throttle mod. Michelin Power One tires, front is pretty fresh, rear needs to be changed due to the left side being worn. Middle of the tire has plenty of tread though for you straight line guys.

I will include a set of Hotbodies race fairings in good condition, a complete spare rear wheel/sprocket/rotor/tire I kept when I parted out my old 2nd gen zx10 when I found that it was the same wheel as the 3rd gens. Makes tire changes very convenient since this bike burns 2 rears to 1 front.

I would like to get around $8,000 for the whole package, which I think is pretty decent considering the condition and extras. Might be negotiable depending on my mood that day. Bike currently located in Knoxville, TN. Might be willing to deliver within a reasonable distance.

CLEAN TITLE IN HAND=You bring cash in hand. No I won't take payments or let people take test rides without full cash deposit. Serious buyers only please.

I think I've changed my mind, think i'm going to keep it afterall. I've been going back and forth day to day on what to do. I think it's just the winter (ie no riding) that is getting to me. I know once I get back on it I'll fall back in love and want to hold on to it.

But if anyone is interested, shoot me a PM. It might be one of those days that I'm wanting to sell it.

Unless you would be willing to pay extra for the trip, not anytime soon. Maybe the next time I go visit family and friends in FL, but who knows when that would be. Also, something like that would require a large deposit to make sure I'm not wasting my time and gas bringing it down.

To be honest, I haven't really even been trying to sell it locally and I'm not too desperate to sell it to begin with. I would like to keep it, but I don't ride it much anymore and the smart thing would be to sell it, so I guess it's still on the market.
