sorry for the delay,

It's because he is still making payments to the bank that he borrowed money from. No big deal, just means when the bike is purchased the loan is payed off and the title is released to the new owner.

also he is from Virginia and travels there frequently so I'm sure he would deliver the bike to you.

yes it is, theres no chatter like a Ducati or atleast if there is you can't hear it over that beast of an engine[:p]

the clutch is hydraulicly operated but yes it is dry. With the open drive of these custom bikes I don't think very many of them could have a wet clutch but I'm no expert you'd have to talk to the owner.
