Is just one tab on the headlights broken(and do you have the broken tab?) and how much do you want for it? Do you have that plastic ram air piece that goes in the front under the headlight?

I don't have the tab or the ram air piece.... But a wire tie held the headlight up nicely when it was installed on the bike prior to the wreck (it was nearly as tight as the bolt was, actually). I'm not aware of what the headlight is worth, even in perfect condition, so make an offer and we can go from there

How bent is a bit? I've got mine and it's also bent a bit (i've done some straightening work on it).
