If you own a 2003 zx6 I wouldnt think you would have to worry about cleaning your injectors just yet. Injectors take a while to clog up especially As you would be using premium unleaded fuel which is very clean. When the time come's I would get them cleaned properly by a fuel injection expert.
I think they help, Inca. I use them in my car when it starts to run roughly (It has 149,000 miles b/c I drive a lot for work) and it smoothes things out again. I periodically use them in my bike even though it never has reached a point where it ran badly. I just do it b/c I want to make sure it always runs great. My $.02
