Just installed my Gen Mars. What a big difference.
Does anyone else have them installed?
If so, did you slip your fork up to the top of the clip on? or leave
the space?

I just left the space. They sent you caps for the tops right? I was afraid it might alter my handling characteristics so I left it alone.

So the Gen Mar made your handles up higher? I put in a set of Vortex racing clip-ons. It LOWERED the ride position by quite a bit.

Depends what ya want. As long as you have enough clearance (wheel/front fork bottoming out), you can lower the fork down or put them all the way up to the top of the clip-on.

Do the Gen Mars attach to the fork like the stock clip-ons? I've compressed/lowered my front a mite for my application. Shrug.

What sort of handling/ride do you want?

What year bike you have Bat girl? How far did it raise the bars?


I wanted Gen Mar but they would work on my 02 ZX-6R becasue of the way the change in the triple clamp....my holders are under the clamp...


I went with 2 brother V3-Risers....raised my bars about 3/4 inch, I could go alittle higher but I'm running into clearence issues at full lock with the faring stays....
