Same way you'd start out normally except you want to keep your right foot gently holding the rear brake so you don't roll backwards when you let go of the front brake. Gradually release the rear brake as the bike begins to move forward as you slip the clutch out and giv it more revs. Don't rev too high or release the clutch too fast or you'll stall or, if you dump the clutch, you could loop it [:0]. Find a slight incline that's out of the way of traffic to practice on... you'll get the hang of it in no time.
