I'm looking to upgrade to a full exhaust system when I found this on ebay.

It also has a jet kit to go along with it. Is V&H a good exhaust system? I haven't heard too much about them.

Also, I realize that some of you might want to buy this now and I can't do anything about it.... =(

I would do a little research. As far as price, The exhaust system goes for about $400 and the jet kit for $120 retail so even the starting bid is not that big a bargin. If you are serious about buying it wait until the last 30 seconds or so of the auction to place you bid. Place a bid as high as you are will to go and the automatic bidding feature will up your bid by the minimum amount.

a full system going for 400 dollars? I thought most good full system exhausts are gonna run at least 500 bucks...is V&H a shitty exhaust?

I'm confused.. =(

It varies a bunch. The most expensive, Akrapovic run around $1000. Mid priced like Yoshimura $600-700. Inexpensive like Hindle (supposed to be pretty good for Kawasaki because he is an ex-Kawasaki racer) $450-$550 all depending on the type of can. Fancy can=more money.

My old Gixxer had a V&H exhaust, LOUDEST THING I EVER HEARD!
Even after I sold it, the guy who bought it repacked it, and it's still the loudest bike around.

Too loud for me...

I don't know if newer ones are that loud or not, this was an old system
